Most of the time, snakes are feared by people, but at Siam Serpentarium, these reptiles are the star of the show! See serpents in a different light at Asia’s first and only totally immersive snake museum! Bring the kids to an entertaining and educational outing at the heart of Bangkok. Venture into an interactive experience at the Immersive Snake Museum, where kids can learn more about snakes; how they are born, hunt, survive, and reproduce, all while feeling like a snake through audiovisual effects. Come face to face with over 70 fascinating species of snake from every corner of the globe at the Snake Planet. Kids of all ages will surely be amazed at the sight of the Mighty Anaconda, the rare Golden Spitting Cobra, the colorful Ball Python and a host of others. End the day with a delighting show of stunning audiovisual performances at the Naka Theatre. The Snake Show also takes place at the huge stadium, where various snakes are presented and tamed before the crowd.
This place is very interesting. Some commissioners explained that there are still many snakes and pythons to watch. It takes three hours to get down, but it is very worthwhile. Online booking is much cheaper than the scene.
I couldn’t say anything bad from this activity. It was a good experience. The guide really explained to us everything we need to know about the snakes in the museum. The show was very entertaining. I would definitely recommend this for those who have extra time in BKK and no plans for that day. BTW, its quite far from the city proper but don’t worry because there were some grab drivers who are willing to drive around the area. I forgot to share, chinese tourist might spoil your visit because of their loud noises. When we visited the museum it was a weekday and yet there were tons of them that comes in different buses so beware.
Facilities were well maintained and clean. Guide Fluk was helpful and provided interesting commentary. Many different species of snakes and informative.
amazing place with education about snakes, must see if you come to bangkok
Because we were English speakers, we got several personal tour guides to explain all about snakes. Excellent customer service and interesting shows. The hard part was getting a Grab when it was time to leave. It took more than 30 min for a taxi from airport to come because Serpentarium is remote & east of BKK.
